I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your outstanding efforts and counsel through my last three posistions. When we first met, NetPlus was commissioned to negotiate and project manage the deployment of our global frame relay network for VeriFone, Inc. In addition you were commissioned to negotiate a new voice contract. The project was an absolute success, it was delivered within six months, even to remote areas such as India, and reduced our overall cost by 33%.

As you know, VeriFone was eventually purchased by Hewlett-Packard and integrated. The contracts negotiated for VeriFone were instrumental in the renegotation of Hewlett-Packards AT&T global agreement. Again your counsel continued to provide exceptional value.

Later, Agilent Technologies was formed by splitting Hewlett-Packard into two companies. In my role as the Strategic Supplier Manager, I was tasked with splitting or replacing all of the Hewlett-Packard global voice and data contracts to provide Agilent Technologies service starting Day One. Your continued counsel and advice made that effort a success.

Today, when speaking to NetPlus' value statement, I would never characterize just the value for a project or contract alone because your value does not end with the project, but begins there.

As the person in-charge of Visa Global Network Planning I do not often have the luxury of time to specifically thank the consultants we hire.
